2.3 Payment Terms Payment terms will be detailed in the quote or invoice. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed.

3. Design and Approval

3.1 Design Approval All designs will be submitted to you for approval before manufacturing begins. It is your responsibility to review and approve the design for accuracy.

3.2 Changes and Revisions Any changes to the approved design may incur additional charges. Requests for changes must be made in writing and may affect the delivery schedule.

4. Manufacturing and Delivery

4.1 Manufacturing Time Manufacturing times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and other factors. We will notify you of any significant delays.

4.2 Delivery and Installation Delivery and installation will be scheduled upon completion of the headstone. Any issues or concerns regarding delivery should be communicated promptly.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Product Warranty We provide a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and terms will be specified in the warranty document provided with your purchase.

5.2 Limitations The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

6.1 Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.2 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northland Headstones from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.

7.1 Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur fees or charges for materials already purchased.

7.2 Refunds Refunds will be issued based on the terms outlined in your contract or order confirmation. Custom products generally cannot be refunded once production has started.
