Headstones that are already in stock can usually be completed within 5-6 weeks although we can prioritise an urgent job – an express fee may apply. If the headstone needs to be carved into a special design or requires more intricate carving, we suggest ordering 4-5 months prior to an unveiling date.

We require a 50% deposit to begin the design process and full payment is required prior to installation. Our prices are inclusive of GST. We are unable to refund your initial deposit once received if cancellation is required as we commence work straight away.
Yes, we can quote for any memorial stone that you have seen. We can create a design from a sketch or photo, but you would need to allow more time for a custom carved design.
Yes, we are a custom manufacturer and can more than likely fabricate any design you would like. We have hundreds of designs and patterns you can choose from such as animals, flowers, religious symbols, sporting, cultural designs etc but we can create designs from your sketches too.
Any language for which a font is available in our system can be engraved on our headstones.
Whether you choose a standard or custom design, a proof of your final memorial will always be provided. Construction of the memorial will not commence without your consent.

Yes, we are a mobile business and service all of Northland. We have sample granite, sample etchings and designs in our display vehicle. We can sit with you in the comfort of your own home so you can have loved ones there also if you wish.
A memorial is an object or structure designed to remind people of a person’s passing such a garden, tree or memorial bench created in their memory, whereas a headstone is designed to identify the individual buried in a particular plot or place in the graveyard.
Most public cemeteries have strict rules governing the size of the headstone, and in some instances the material to be used Private cemeteries and urupa are not governed by such strict regulations but some restrictions may be enforced. It is best to first check with the kaitiaki, or trustee the cemetery or urupa and they may advise you what is allowed. We can help you with this process.
If the headstone is going to be installed in a public memorial garden or cemetery, only a qualified installer is permitted to install the headstone. You are welcome to do the installation yourself within a private cemetery or we are more than happy to help you with this as well.
The local council or cemetery trust charge a fee for the right to erect a memorial. We arrange for the permit and pay the fee on your behalf.
